After nine months, the day had finally arrived for The Vintage Harvest Festival to come to life. At 10 a.m. on Saturday, November 7, I looked upon the event with its beautifully structured tents, its
well-thought layout and colorful décor, and smiled…at 6 p.m., I breathed—a breath of relief that all had gone according to plan and a breath of satisfaction for an event that could be called a success.
We worked in lock step with the client to do everything from obtaining TABC and health permits to coordinating and registering vendors to deciding event layout and designing signage. At MMI, every detail is important—no job is too small or too big. So whether
we are pitching media, directing traffic or designing the structure, set up and flow of the whole event, we give our all.
And although it is an amazing feeling when event day comes and everything goes just right, nothing beats seeing your client happy. That’s the real measure of success at MMI—our clients’ satisfaction. When your client is beaming with excitement as they look upon the final product, you know you did your job well.
