At MMI, we bet on each other. Anytime an MMIer goes the extra mile or does something nice, we give thanks by giving chips. By the end of the year, all those little tokens of appreciation are added up and everyone cashes them in to bid on a list of prizes. It’s just a little holiday tradition that spreads peace and good will across the year – there’s always something to be thankful for, even when not in the presence of a ten-pound turkey.
