MMI Strategy and Implementation
As Perry’s Restaurants opened new steakhouse locations throughout Texas, MMI helped to create partnerships between Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille and local charities such as the Austin Symphony. To increase awareness and contribute to the communities in which Perry’s would open new locations, Perry’s would donate a portion of opening-night proceeds to a local charity. Prior to the grand opening vintner-style dinner, MMI coordinated a private wine tasting and tour to engage the local community.  Activities included:

  • Securing Austin Symphony members to perform at the event
  • Designing and distributing an event invitation
  • Creating and coordinating the parameters of the partnership
  • Consulting on the menu
  • Obtaining pre- and post-event press coverage

Event Results
This was the fourth grand opening of a Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille that MMI managed. MMI continues to work with Perry’s as the restaurant prepares to enter new markets across Texas.
