MMI Strategy and Implementation
To increase the awareness, visibility and  profile of Steve Fuqua Homes within the Fort Bend community, custom home builder Steve Fuqua hired MMI to coordinate an event that combined a celebration of 30 years of business and the opening of a new office in Sugar Land. With public and private components to the event, MMI coordinated and managed all aspects to engage the local community, including:

  • Creating an event invitation, raffle tickets, website, name badges, signage and an HTML invitation
  • Researching and securing a charity partner – Fort Bend Rainbow Room
  • Securing raffle donations from local retailers
  • Selling raffle tickets before and during the event
  • Coordinating a live jazz concert
  • Managing a private party with a violinist for family, friends and colleagues in the new office
  • Coordinating the catering
  • Obtaining pre- and post-event press coverage

Event Results
The 30th Anniversary event was very well attended and raised significant funding for the Fort Bend Rainbow Room. MMI also secured extensive coverage in the local media.
