Minute Maid – Social Media Case Study

We set up a Twitter account for Minute Maid to promote its event in Sugar Land, “The Magic of Orange.” Through Twitter, a mom in Sugar Land was able to message us directly to ask questions about the event. MMI was able to clarify her questions about the time and location of the event and direct her to the best parking. She tweeted the next day about how wonderful the event was, how she invited several of her neighbors to the event and how helpful Minute Maid had been.

By beginning  Twitter promotion of the event two weeks prior and continuing to update with recaps two weeks afterward, MMI was able to gather nearly 300 followers interested in the event, 64 of whom mentioned the Minute Maid event in their own tweets, resulting in 21,521 impressions.
